Super healthy today! Some shrimp, salmon dip and crackers with tons of veggies and fruit (broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, grapes and oranges).
Finally packed another lunch! Last week was crazy and I took a few days off of work to help my bf with his move. I think we’re both happy to have something healthy and cheap for lunch again!
I packed one compartment full of fresh veggies (green onion, snow peas, carrots and green bell pepper). The center has some eggplant that I sauteed with onions, garlic and tomatoes. Lastly, there is half an apple with peanut butter, grapes and a few pieces of hot pepper cheese.
